To apply:
- Remove the clear plastic film.
- Soak a paper towel with water.
- Apply the tattoo black side down to the skin.
- Hold the soaking wet paper towel over the tattoo for 30 seconds with firm pressure.
- Don't rub or move the paper towel while applying pressure!
- Gently pull the white paper backing away to reveal your new temporary ink!
